COVID-19 PROTOCOL

 APPOINTMENT MUST BE POSTPONED FOR A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS IF THE CUSTOMER:

  • Has symptoms of Covid-19

  • Just recently travelled

  • Been in contact with someone with Covid-19

 

MEASURES APPLIED FOR PHYSICAL DISTANCING

  • 2m between each 

    individual 
  • Installation of physical barriers (plexiglass)

  • No access to the waiting room (waiting outside)

  • Must come alone

  • Signaling and demarcation to show social distancing

  • Possibility of postponing the appointment

  • No bathroom access

 

SANITARY MEASURES FOR CUSTOMERS

  • Obliged to disinfect hands

  • Minimize cell phone use in the barbershop

  • Mandatory to wear a mask

  • Minimize conversations during beard services

 

SERVICES THAT ARE TEMPORARILY NOT BEING OFFERED 

  • Hair washing (mandatory to come with washed hair)

  • Drinks will no longer be served

  • Change in beard services (no hot towel, no products on the face, no blade usage)

  • ''Add ons'' (coal mask, steamer)

  • No haircuts for children

 

EMPLOYEE SAFETY MEASURES

  • Wearing a visor / mask at all times

  • Wearing disposable gloves between each client during services

  • Disinfection of tools and barber chair

  • Changing the cape between each client

  • Washing hands between each client

  • Disinfect the workplace regularly (door handle, payment machine, surfaces, etc.)
